In support of Department of Defense acquisition programs, it is important to measure and synchronize cost schedule and performance. Our experienced acquisition work force uses industry accepted tools to ensure systems are delivered on time and within negotiated cost, while satisfying oversight agency requirements.
- We apply rigorous methodology to the process of meeting acquisition requirements. For each contract, we develop, document, communicate, and maintain a customer-specific model and database.
- We serve the customer by providing task-organized teams to advise and implement policy and process. We tailor our support to the life cycle of the customer program, and to the program needs. This may include strategy planning, financial management, schedule analysis, contracts support, and risk analysis.
To serve the defense department, INTREPID provides Level III certified acquisition managers. These team members are experts on every facet of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, as well as systems life cycle management.
